ITS DONE!! OH MY GOD ITS DONEEEE
I'm SO proud of this- it turned out almost exactly as I wanted it to. ;___; I'm actually genuinely, very happy with this. I was really scared of coloring it because I thought I would mess up and get dejected, but YAYYY
The drawing itself was done back in September, I think? I think I'll start experimenting more with this whole "color" in the environment. It was a ton of fun!

Warning "critique":
It's nice how the colours are within the same range, but the focus point isn't very clear. The eye doesn't know where to look, everything in the painting are equally important. If you created a bigger contrast between the background and the object that you would like the beholder to see first. The framing also seems strange to me, the sword is beein cut off by the framing but the cape flows around and takes up 50% of the picture.
It would be nice to see the sword and cape in one.
The shading is good, your rendering is getting there, but it seems like there is a yellow lightsource right next to the character that only hits Laharl, and nothing else, and the red moon doesnt' cast musch light either. Rim light would be nice and add a lot of detail.
